Phillip Selio is the founder and principal attorney of Propel Law, PC. His practice focuses primarily on business law and related legal matters concerning start-ups, entrepreneurs, and small and private businesses.

Prior to starting Propel Law, Phillip gained extensive experience working and clerking at several law firms, where he represented businesses in transactions, disputes, and in litigation matters. Additionally, Phillip worked in an in-house legal department for a private, midsized company. While there, he gained a greater understanding of the ongoing legal and business operational support needed on a day-to-day basis, along with the need to find creative and preventative solutions to legal matters.

Phillip graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable Richard E. L. Strauss, served as an executive member on the Moot Court Honors Board, and was acknowledged for his pro bono legal work. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside, graduating cum laude in Philosophy & Law and Society.

In his spare time, Phillip loves hiking and exploring, watching the latest TV streaming series, rooting for the local sports teams, and eating Friday night In-N-Out with his family.

Nimbus & Gizmo

Fur Counsel

While they may not be licensed to give legal advice, Nimbus & Gizmo believe they are more than qualified to cheer you up, give you a ball to play fetch, and ease any stress from a pending legal matter.

When they are not vicariously advocating for Propel Law’s clients, they enjoy dog walks, taking naps, chasing after their favorite toys, and eating In-N-Out “pup patties”.
